Deanna Hindenach’s Education and Experience
Teaching experience: 
- Career began in 1964 at the Lawrence Public Schools, teaching English, Spanish, Latin, and Journalism to both middle school and high school students
- After taking time off to raise her children, Mrs. Hindenach returned to a local school district as the Lead Teacher of a Preschool.
- Eight years later Mrs. Hindenach was asked to initiate a Preschool program here at Trinity.
- She added a Kindergarten class to the program and added the title of Principal to her role as Teacher and Early Childhood Director
- In 2000, Mrs. Hindenach received a sacred call to become a commissioned Principal/Teacher at Trinity Lutheran School. "This was a tremendous, spiritual honor for me and will always be dear to my heart."
- Recently, she was honored by the Michigan District Lutheran Church Missouri Synod with an award for twenty-five years of school ministry
Church and community service:
- Member of Trinity Lutheran Church
- Served on the building committee when the current school building was being planned
Education/Training:
- Graduated from Western Michigan University in 1964 with a B.A. Degree in secondary education
- Early Childhood Degree
- Received a degree as a Commissioned Minister of Religion from Concordia University in Ann Arbor
Other:
- Has been married for over 47 years to a man who supports her in so many ways, including serving as Trinity's athletic director.
- Mother of four children, two of whom are twins
- Takes delight in her eight grandchildren(ages 5-14), three of whom attend Trinty.
- "Someday I hope to write a book about the incredible journey God and I have shared."
